Jury selection begins in Theresa Dang's trial today!

It's official! Jury selection in
THeresa Dang's trial on a bogus flashlight theft
charge is starting today at 1:30 pm in Department
W10 of the West Justice Center, Westminster,
California.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Erick L. Larsh,
the judicial officer presiding over the case,
told Deputy District Attorney Erik Petersern this
morning that he would like oral arguments to be heard
by a jury today.

If you live near Westminster, come own down to watch
today's court proceedings, especially the prosecutor's
opening arguments. Otherwise, this case is
going to trial tommorrow, Wednesday, November
30, 2005.
