The Win Without War Virtual March on Washington is TODAY, Wednesday, February 26, 2003. Call the White House and your members of Congress to implore them to let the inspections work and stop this mad rush to war.

The Virtual March on Washington is a first-of-its-kind group effort from the Win Without War coalition. Working together, we'll direct a steady stream of phone calls to Congress and the White House, while at the same time delivering a constant stream of emails and faxes.

When talking to your Representative, encourage them to co-sponsor HJ Res. 24. The resolution was introduced by Rep. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and the original co-sponsors are Rep. Taucher (D-CA) and Rep. Hoeffel (D-PA), who both voted for the Bush resolution last fall. The resolution requires a presidential report on the unanswered questions concerning both the war, and a post-conflict Iraq situation, particularly regarding humanitarian needs.

Ask your Senators to support companion legislation in the Senate.

And bring this message to the White House: Don't Attack Iraq!

Thank you for taking part in this important day.

**Virtual March on Washington Headquarters**

Welcome. MoveOn.org is hosting the online headquarters for the Virtual March on Washington on February 26th, sponsored by the Win Without War Coalition. Please join us NOW for the march. As of the day of the march, more than 200,000 individuals have signed up to make more than 400,000 phone calls and send 100,000 faxes to Washington -- to their Senators and the President.

Hundreds of thousands of constituents from across the country are sending the collective message: Don't Invade and Occupy Iraq. Every Senate switchboard will be lit up throughout the day with our message -- a powerful reminder of the breadth and depth of opposition to a war in Iraq. Media can visit the "antiwar room" online to monitor this constituent march throughout the day.

We need your help NOW to make the Virtual March a reality. You can (1) prepare a free fax for transmission, and (2) make phone calls to Congress. Faxes are very easy and phone calls are the most effective. Do both or do whatever you can.

We are getting reports from around the nation of busy switchboards. If you wish to make your calls to local Senate offices, you can look them up on the Congress Merge website.
