U.S. Constituents or Constituents (if you live in the U.S.)

Subject: Please Protect ALL Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

Dear .......,

Ever since the 9-11 tragedy, all of the US citizens Fundamental Rights are challenged . This is our urgent plea to you to protect our most important All of the Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

"Freedom itself is under attack," President Bush said, and he's right. Americans are about to lose many of their most cherished liberties in a frenzy of paranoid legislation. The government proposes to tap our Phones, read our Emails and seize our Credit card records without "court order". In fact, some of the financial people stated that government already secretly censored all of the private financial accounts without citizens awareness, consent or court order.

Our US government seeks authority to detain and deport immigrants without cause or trial. It proposes to use foreign agents to "Spy" on American citizens. All of these frantic , irrational behavior has reminded us the "Communist society". The precious "Freedom" is the line to define the "Communist society" and "Democratic society".

Well, now, with all these secret police, secret arresting, secret prying, tapping citizens accounts, phones, emails, credit card records, encouraging the secret informants everywhere to FBI (which highly possible to cause misleading and sabotaging most of the innocent people's rights ).... All of these activities are creating more "terror" in our already unease and tragic society. Now, we have to ask what makes differences the United States from being a "Communist country " ? How could our government persuade all of the other communist countries to go " Freedom" and protect citizens "Privacy"?

President Bush just announced his Security measures in all of the Airports and send air marshals to the airplanes, we praise all these most important, most direct related long overdue measures to protect citizens flying venerably in the sky. The Federal Government should have done this security measures at ALL TIME whenever citizens are in the sky.

However, it is too late for those more than 6000 innocent citizens who died tragically on Sep. 11. Lets' just simply turn the clock back for now. Had the US government taken the responsibility for the Airport, and sent Air marshal to "every" airplane before the tragedy, would those airplanes be possibly hijacked?

Consider those sick terrorists with the box cutters all they have in the plane, how could they have the capabilities to fight Air marshal's guns or other more advanced weapons in the plane "Terrorists"? is the major reason to "trigger" the Twin Towers collapsed and caused terrible Tragedy. However, wouldn't it be the US government's primary responsibility to protect citizens lives at all times and do all they can to prevent the hijack before it happens? Now, we have to ask where were the Air Marshals , where were the Federal airports police before those unfortunate 4 airplanes took to the sky on September 11, 2001?

On the other hand, had the hijack been prevented , there would be no need to pay $15 Billions dollars to the Airline industry now. Each year the expenses for air marshals and airport security believed to be no more than a few hundred million dollars. Now, we are paying heavy load to subsidize the entire Airline industry in a far more costly way with taxpayer's money. The expenses related to the Tragedy could reach hundreds of billions dollars.

The Airline companies are "commercial" companies. Their main purpose is to make more "profits" as much as they can. However, to protect citizen's "life" is the Government's responsibility, especially in the sky. Our Government should have taken this responsibility since the first hijack happened some thirty years ago.

The U.S. Government is now panic and desperately to find all of the enemies as well as the "Scapegoats ". The FBI
investigates tons of private citizens everyday. However, vast majority of them share the same grief and sadness with all of us and they have NO connection with any "terrorism" whatsoever. Many innocent people are so "terrified" by the FBI.

Our country is already in the great tragedy. If the Anti-Terrorists act (or Patriotism) is meant to suppress American citizens "Freedom" and "Privacy" and giving up all of the Amendments to the Constitution, then the U.S. would be giving
the terrorists to win even deeper to the American's roots. Please stop depriving Americans most precious "Freedom".
Please stop intruding upon citizens most precious "Privacy". Please protect our Founding Father's "ALL of the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States" :
