Al-Daura Oil Refinery outside Baghdad, supplying gasloine for Baghdad. During the first Gulf war in 1991, U.S. war planes bombed the facility. But in this war, U.S. war planes didn't attack it. The oil refinery was among the first Iraqi industries to be re-opened after the war.
