The only visible "rebuilding" was to replace the toppled Saddam structure with a new "Freedom" structure in Huria Square (Freedom Squre, used to be known as Al-Frdos Square before the war), the main square next to the Palestine Hotel. Someone put a sign under the new statue, telling U.S. troops "all "donne" (done) go home".
